1. Digital Nature of Products
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. However, if you experience any technical issues or do not receive your product, please contact support within 24 hours.
2. All Sales are Final
FlowStack Digital LLC provides standardized digital products, including AI prompt collections, automation kits, and workflow templates. Once you have gained access to the digital files, Notion workspaces, or PDF guides, we cannot revoke that access, and therefore cannot issue a refund. This policy is in place to protect the intellectual property contained within our engineered prompt collections and automation systems.
3. Technical Issues & Delivery
While sales are final, we are committed to your satisfaction. We will consider assistance in the following scenarios:
- Non-delivery: If you do not receive your download link within 24 hours of purchase.
- Corrupt Files: If the digital file is corrupt and cannot be opened.
- Access Issues: If you are unable to access the Notion workspace link provided.
